EKO Consulting was founded on a simple belief: that internationalisation, skilling, and community impact work best when they're handled with the same care as any important relationship — with patience, honesty, and a genuine investment in the outcome.

We are a boutique consulting firm working across the internationalisation of higher education, international skilling programmes, and community-based social impact projects. We work with universities, governments, corporates, and foundations around the world to design and deliver strategies that strengthen global engagement, build institutional capacity, and create outcomes that are sustainable — not just impressive on paper.

Our approach combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution. We don't disappear after the strategy deck is delivered — we stay close to implementation, because that's where real impact is made or lost.
