Aditi Jain is the Founder and CEO of EKO Consulting, working at the intersection of higher education internationalisation, CSR strategy, and workforce transformation. She drives policy advocacy and global engagement initiatives that enable meaningful collaboration between academia, industry, and government to create scalable, sustainable impact.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with over two decades of experience, Aditi is a recognised expert in higher education and CSR. She advises universities, institutions, and schools on internationalisation strategy, transnational education models, global partnerships, and institutional capacity building.

Her experience spans both donor and implementation ecosystems, having led large-scale CSR initiatives with organisations including Microsoft, Honda 2 Wheelers, Vodafone Foundation, Samsung, and Learning Links Foundation. She has also worked with American Express and startups globally — bridging strategy with execution to design programmes that are both visionary and outcome-driven.

Aditi brings strong on-ground experience, having led monitoring and evaluation efforts closely with communities to ensure real, measurable impact. Her work focuses on education, skilling, women's empowerment, and literacy — areas where she has consistently driven inclusive, sustainable change.

She previously led the Directorate of International Relations & Higher Studies at SRM University, AP, and established the Office of International Relations and Corporate Outreach at Bennett University, Greater Noida. She has also contributed to academia as a Professor of Practice at NMIMS and IMT Ghaziabad.
